Inflamed skin in inner thighs? What?
I have these elongated inflamed scar-like under my skin.
They are near my groin and stretch marks. on my upper hips. (1 on both sides)
I don’t know what they are.
they’re not stretch marks. they’re wider than those.

You probably wore something too tight that rubbed on them. Wear something comfy and not soo tight next time. You can spread petroleum jelly on it.
